This stunning conversion of a grade II listed building in Leeds city centre was started in October 2017 and completed June 2018. Another fantastic project with construction undertaken by Priestley Construction
The development works consisted of stripping out the current walls and floor coverings to form an open space. This involved several structural steels being installed throughout. We then went to work on constructing these amazing and bespoke apartment layouts with stunning finishes to create one of the highest specification apartment schemes in Leeds. The result was an award winning finish with all apartments selling well before completion at record breaking prices for the area.
