Luxury Monton development wins International Property Award
Stableford Hall – Our grade-II listed luxury apartment scheme in Monton has been named as Manchester’s best residential development at the International Property Awards.
Built in 1888, Stableford Hall was transformed over a 10 month period and completed in 2017 by Priestley Homes with Priestley Construction being the main contractor. The building was converted to create 12 bespoke one, two and three bedroom apartments.
Each high specification apartment includes preserved period features, such as exposed brickwork and original beams, combined with the latest smart home technology for modern, urban city living.
Representatives from Priestley Homes joined our founder and CEO, Nathan Priestley, at a special ceremony at the London Lancaster Hotel on 27th October to receive their award.
Nathan Priestley commented: “Stableford Hall fits perfectly into our growing portfolio of carefully preserved, historical buildings that we expertly convert into bespoke residential developments to offer an altogether unique standard of living.
“Without investment, buildings of this kind risk being resigned to history. We’re honoured to receive this accolade from the International Property Awards in recognition of our work in protecting Greater Manchester’s rich architectural past for generations to come.”
The International Property Awards are a world-renowned mark of excellence that celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry globally.
