From small beginnings
Having successfully launched Priestley’s Estate Agents and Priestley Construction, our team seized the opportunity for home development in 2012 – and Priestley Homes was born. Our first investment enabled us to convert and refurbish houses in Bradford. With the profits, we reinvested and began to fund more substantial developments.

Priestley Homes is a firm believer in reinvesting profits. We work with Priestley Construction to pioneer new innovations, ensuring we keep a close eye on the perfection of design and techniques. The success of our developments rests on our commitment to value, on-time delivery and a fantastic finish.
A forward future
We’re anticipating exponential growth in the future. Aside from having 700+ apartments and over 100,000 sq. ft. of commercial and retail space in the pipeline, we have also recently relocated to a high-tech Leeds Head Office, and have an office presence in London.
